Return Policy

At Ankara Haven, we aim to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
3. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. The following items are non-returnable: Sale or clearance items

Return Process
Online Returns: If you purchased items online, you may return them by mail. Follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at ankarahavefabrics@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase and the return form provided by our customer service.
- Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- If you do not have the original receipt, we will issue a store credit at the current selling price of the item.

Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at ankarahavenfabrics@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
